MIKE SHE hotfix 21-09-2015

This hotfix solves a problem where MIKE SHE terminates with a time step error. The error message in the log file will be similar to one of the messages shown below:

• 'Program error: calling MsheDetailedTSOutput_Write1D more than once within a timestep for datatype: 17'
• 'PROGRAM ERROR : Invalid output time for storing item no. 1 : 1536.00000000000'
• 'msheExtraResultfileReaditemRl: no output at 3584. hours for datatype: 214006'
